i like this textbook, it is up-to-date. there is math if you want to know it. stories and case studies are good.

I urge Amazon customers to not purchase any items from this seller, Grace Chen. I was lied to by the seller. I was sent the wrong edition of the book, even though I contacted the seller before I made the purchase and asked specifically what edition was being sold. I alerted the seller of the problem, but the seller told me that I was mistaken, and insisted that I was wrong--despite the fact that the book was clearly marked as the incorrect edition. The seller offered no effective or just recourse, but only nasty and rude e-mails. Please spare yourself future headaches, and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER.

My order was cancelled and my money was refunded after my order was intially processed. Disappointed because my order should have not been processed and I should have been informed right away about it. It took a month!

It's a book. It took longer to come than anticipated. But my son got the book and got him through the class.
